Blow molded expansion bellows
The unmatched flex-life of modified PTFE such as Chemours® 62X makes it the ideal material for bellows and compensators. These are used in piping systems to offset misalignments and thermal expansion. Fluortubing has developed a special production technology to make bellows for low/medium pressure applications, used in gas or fluid systems. Bore sizes vary from 50 to 250 mm. Travel can be up to 300 mm in axial direction and 100 mm in lateral direction. Fluortubing offers assistance in design of your compensator.
